Challenging ideas in an ideas-saturated world

What I do

My work is centred around creating critical conversations about critical ideas, with a signature style that blends in-depth analysis, tough questions and sharp humor.

With a PhD in Communication Science, I specialize on issues of science, tech & philosophy, and I am always curious about recent developments in academia and business.

As an event host with over 7 years of expertise, I have a big passion for bringing complex topics to life with ease and entertainment. I am not a fan of artificial and pretentious moderation, and (thankfully) my straight-forward and no-nonsense attitude resonates with audiences.

 1

Event Moderation

I firmly believe that good ideas deserve good questions. That's why I moderate events with a non-BS attitude,  while also injecting humor and wit into discussions to keep the audience engaged. When moderating, I aim to create an environment where speakers are challenged, ideas are explored deeply, and audiences leave with a deeper and nuanced understanding of the topics at hand.

 2

Panel Host

Great minds do not always think alike: panels live off fruitful disagreement, but they can quickly escalate into a contest of talking over and past one another.  By relying on clear communication, effective time management and respectful toughness I create dynamic and equitable discussions that delve deep into the topic while maintaining a high standard of intellectual rigor.

 3

Podcast & Broadcast Host

I create conversations that are jargon-free, entertaining and informative. Throughout my career I have interviewed +40 public intellectuals, scientists, artists and business leaders on their ideas, their projects and their personal stories.
